We give a grace period for 3 months and then the information is deleted
2. If Mylegabox ceases to exist, what guarantees that the information uploaded to the platform will be released?
If it ceases to exist, no monthly charge is generated and if you have an annual payment, we guarantee that during that year that you have payment, you will have your information on our platform.
3. What guarantee do you give me that my valuable information is not seen by other people?
Our platform is encrypted with high levels of security. Refer to security document.
4. When I die, should my family continue paying Mylegabox?
It is not necessary because the information is released at the moment you die and if they want to obtain Mylegabox for themselves they can do so and pay the monthly payment, but for them they can leave their legacy to other trusted users.
5. When I die, how will my trusted users see the information?
The information is released through an access link that reaches the trusted user’s email
6. If a family member leaves me a legacy on Mylegabox and dies, can I delete the information from the platform?
Once the information is released from the platform, it is deleted by Mylegabox.
7. Is the information saved in Mylegabox legal to claim my legacy?
It is informative but not legal. You still receive very important information such as passwords, insurance, letters, videos that will help you have the ease and clarity of finding your entire legacy.
8. Can I release Mylegabox information during life?
No. Information is released only when the census algorithms meet the release conditions.
9. If they do all the censuses with the indicated algorithms and I change my cell phone number and email, how do they contact me, will they release the information immediately?
We send an email or message to your trusted user to confirm how you are doing.
10. How often can I make changes to my user profile, trusted users and items?
As many times as you want.
11. Where does the trusted user receive the information?
A link arrives in the email that takes you to download the information.
12. How much time does the trusted user have to download the information?
You have 3 months to download the information, subsequently the information is deleted from our servers.
